Splitted "Pour la Science" directory

The directory pls_splitted contains:
- README.txt: captain obvious
- pls[98-109]: the "Pour la Science Hors-Série" subdirectories.
- pls[219-519]: the "Pour la Science" subdirectories.
- segments.csv: a csv file with all the text for all the segments for all the pdfs.

Each subdirectoy contains:
- annotated.pdf: a pdf with a rectangle around each text bounding box, its color change with
                 a segment change.
- full.csv: a csv file with a row for each bounding box containing its text, its coordinated, its
            page and wether it is the end of a segment or not
- s[0-nseg].pdf: the pdf for the segment with a 1 page offset.
